The restaurants are part of a restaurant chain established in 1997 in Veliko Tarnovo. Inspired by Aleko Konstantinov, the concept borrows not only his pseudonym, but also revives the interior aesthetics characteristic of the cozy urban European style from the 1930s.
The restaurant offers a contemporary interpretation of Bulgarian and Eastern European cuisine. Built around the “Farm-to-Table” concept, our menu is inspired by locally sourced farm and artisan products, forming the heart of a selection of flavors, aromas, and memories deeply connected to the land, traditions, and seasons.
