In our workshop, we work with Bulgarian farms with a proven and verified origin of the meat. For our range of raw-dried delicacies, we place quality alongside inspiration and attention to detail – this is our approach, which is why every bite feels like a personal compliment. We strive to offer a closed-loop system in which the product is traceable, and the food itself is far more sustainable and connected to the land and the seasons.

For us, bread is our home, our family; it is the beginning and the end.
We are overcome by a strange bliss, detached from everything else and seemingly quite without reason. Only love and the aroma of freshly baked bread have such an effect.
Bread is synonymous with our hospitality. "The Body of Christ", as it has been called for many centuries. We bake various types of bread using selected Bulgarian flours from "Zlatna Dobrudzha". To make them, we use only natural ingredients – milk, butter and eggs – with no preservatives or stabilisers, to give you that unique taste of freshly baked bread.
Every stage, from mixing to baking, is strictly monitored by our technologists.
